Bárbara Cia. is a contemporary dance collective based in São Paulo, Brazil. The visual identity comes from the name itself - Bárbara is a name chosen based on the primitive barbarians and its definition which resembles the foreign and savage. For the logo, the idea of foreigner invasion is expressed through a mixture between classical roman serif and ornamental visigoth based typographies.
